band director, I looked at your whole diet program and the before/after pictures. I'm thoroughly impressed! I remember when i went on my whole exercise binge. Lost about 50 pounds from 230ish to 180ish. Now i'm back up to about 210. Thinking about doing it again. Just takes time to really get into it I guess. But great job with that.
What was your waste at when you weighed 213, and what is it at now at 155? I was at 38 when i weighed 230, and got down to a 33 when i was around 180, about a 34 right now.

Thanks! I did all of that almost 4 years ago now. When I was 213 Lbs., my 38" waist pants were VERY tight and one of the things that prompted me to go on my diet was the fact that I refused to buy 40" waist pants that I needed. When I got all the way down to 155, I wore a 32" waist...however, I really didn't look healthy when I was that skinny. Over the past 4 years, I have put some of the weight back on (I'm up to 180 now), but I'm no where near as big as I was. I currently wear a 34" waist pant.

It takes a lot of hard work and it's a pain to keep it off, but it sure does help with my self confidence!

Go over to firebirdv6.com and ask that. You will get some very good reviews of that box. It sounds very good and doesn't rattle at all.

I use a stealth box not made by them but its the exact same one that fits in the corner over there.. also mounted my amp on the back wall of the truck (my own way not a kit) and can still store t tops with out a problem.
The sub i put in there is a little big for the box but it still sounds wonderful. Its an mtx 500watt 10". STill very loud and packs a punch.

I had a JL steathbox on the drivers side with a 10W3 dual voice coil sub installed. Running it with a 480 watt MTX amp turned down a little it pounded like crazy. Almost everyone that heard it thought I atleast had a pair of 12's. I highly recommend something similar to that. I could play any music and still get great quality, from country, rock,to rap it always sounded good.
