hatch speaker

well since i put two 10" subs in a box in my trunk, i'm thinking of taking out the stock bose "sub" and replacing it with one of my old front door speakers. I figure I don't need the extra bass, and it's probably just distortion. Could i put one of my front door speakers in its spot? I figured i'd get more mids and some highs out of that as opposed to that POS "sub."

i was thinking of doing that, but i really feel like my sound system will be lacking a very full sound...
