Hatch Panel Factory Sub Delete

You know the plastic moulding that holds the sub in the hatch, do they make this same part without the sub part?...aka no hole, all plastic like the passenger side of my car. I would assume yes, but just wanted to verify. I would like to get a hold of one, best bet is prob the junkyard

A big open hole. Which makes that space perfect for sticking a cd changer or installing a stealthbox.

Re: Hatch Panel Factory Sub Delete

I don't think my old 94 Camaro had any grilles or holes back there. Just look at the interiors on those cars and I think you can swap the plastic.

Re: Hatch Panel Factory Sub Delete

My 98 Camaro only has a big hole just like Megabass said. I've never seen anything else there in other Camaros except the stealth boxes.

No, I thought he was talking about the panels in the cargo area. The bose systems have one speaker installed on the driver's side and nothing on the pass. side, IIRC. You guys are talking about the spot where the changer goes...
