I saw a guide on how to make a stealthbox on our cars. I believe it was out of fiberglass. Does anyone know the link to the site, can't seem to find it.

Also, i believe i can make a stealthbox for my 12 inch kicker competition but, do you think the box volume will be good enough to make good sound?

 

I think the air space for a 12" stealthbox would be a little on the smal side. The air space in the stealthbox is like .7 cubic feet.

I ended up doing mine on the drivers side outta wood. Do not attempt to make it out of wood. In the end, it is probably better but it is insanely hard. IT is the oddest shape in the world. I cut at least 20 pieces to put together to avoid stuff in the way.

At this point, i cant fit it in there anymore so i need to redo a part and it is leaking air a bit. Ill get it fixed but its a pita.

 

Yeah.. I wanted to glass a pass side box. I'm gonna design one, but it's not gonna be the typical look of the one link posted, so I'll write up a lil something about it. But thats down the road. I first have to build new door pods for some 8" drivers, then build up my kick panels for a 4" set, then I can think about the box an amp rack. Ugh.. Sooo much fiberglass work... And I really hate working with it.
