Finally got an Alpine 1.5 DIN

After seeing a picture of another member's interior I started looking for one. I paid $280, do you think that was a fair price?
Here it is...

Thanks

I had that in my old 87 TA and it was great... however make sure you hook up the dimmer to dim it at night or it will melt your eyeballs at night....

Claude, your interior picture is what made me want this style head unit, thanks!
Will this HU play CD-R or CD-RWs?

I am sure you will be happy with it. It should play CD-R. Mine does and its a CDA-853, I am sure yours would have more features since its the newER 855 model.

Thx,
Claude

Nice CD player. Sounds like you got a pretty good deal.

Alpine has a Fantom-Face CD player out now thats pretty tight. A guy at work has it in his Jeep.

The face motorizes out and pops up. It is a 1.3 DIN size. So it takes up alot of the space. Pretty bad *** little unit.

Good buy on the player though! It will look good in your dash.
