1st question. Are the power window motors on ebay any good? They are only 65.00 for a pair so im not too worried I just don't want to spend all that time and then have to redo it.
2nd question. I plan on putting a 97-02 console in my car. Will a cd changer or a dvd player fit in the gap between the console and the dash? Thanks.

 

I haven't tried any of the window motors off of ebay, but looking at that option since one of mine is getting ready to crap out.

As far as the cd changer between the later camaro model console and the dash, it would have to be a VERY thin changer. I recently did the console change in my 94 camaro with a 01 console (which I love). I placed a Radioshack police scanner in the gap with hardly an inch to spare, if that gives you an idea of the size of the gap. I am looking into other areas in my car to put a cd changer that won't catch the eye of a thief. If you find a good spot, let me know. As a suggestion, you may want to put a police scanner in the console gap, it is great to hear where the fuzz is .
