factory radio

I have a 94 Firebird with a factory radio. everything worked fine until I unhooked the battery to work on the headlights. After I hooked the battery back up now the radio will not do anything. LOC is displayed on the screen. Any ideas on how to get it to work again? Thanks

its theftlocked. 1) look in the owners manual and maybe the original owner wrote down the code. 2) pull the radio and write down the serial #, call GM dealer and ask if they will give you the code. 3) bring to dealer and pay them for the code to unlock it. 4) get a new radio.
