My 96 Firebird didn't come with the factory alarm, which means there is no way to make it so the lights or horn flash when you lock or unlock the doors. But i was wondering if there was a way that if i could come across the little black box that is the alarm module thing, if it would just plug in my car and make it so that the lights would flash and stuff like that. I know i wouldn't have a shock sensor or anything but this seems like if it would work, that it could be a simple and easy way to do it, because i dont' really need an alarm, nor do i want to pay for one, i just want to be able to know if my cars locked from across the parking lot.
