Considering Nine.4 and Nine.2 amps from elemental designs. Need some opinions on these amps vs like Alpine amps. Also would like opinions on Alpine SWR-1022 vs Elemental Designs 110v2 in a subthump drivers side stealthbox.
Son will be inheriting my 94 Z28....his music preferences are Rap, Reggae/Island music. Thanks for any opinions.

 

Im a big fan of ED equipment Ive installed full ED system in a many of cars, and really like there stuff. There amps are deffinetly underrated and should work very well. The type R might be a smidge louder but the elemental designs is deff gonna be cleaner and probally fits that box better then the type r

 

type R's are loud and pretty crisp. Many people use them for DB Drags (sound competitions)
I dont remember how much ED stuff runs for, but u might check into a hifonic 1606 amplifier from www.woofersetc.com or another place of choice
