Head unit or a wiring harness that will make the steering wheel radio controls compatibvle with an aftermarket unit?

 

All you need is an HU that uses an infrared remote control and the PAC SWI-X Steering Wheel Interface. Do a Google search and you should be able to find all the info you need on it.

 

you need ot make sure that your signal form your controls is strong enough for that POS pac module to work, seems from what i've heard its like a 60/40 that they don't work on older vehicles for what ever reason. anyway good luck, it didn't work on my system, it picked up only volume up and even then like half the time.
