Difference Between Eclipse CD5441/CD5442

Like the subject says.Anyone know?

Not sure on this, but I think the 5441 is just a year older. Same unit though....

I kind of thought the same thing. I can get the 5442 from a friend of mine for 300.00(brand new)or the 5441 for 250.00(brand new).Was just wondering as to what the difference was between them.

The only difference is the 5441 gave you the larger eclipse remote while the 5442 only comes with the small credit car size remote everything internally is identical.

i would go for the 5441...unless your friend can give it at 250 then id take the 5442

One more thing>>>Does the hu have any sort of flashing light/LED that blinks when the ESN is activated?
