In-dash DVD

What is the biggest in dash dvd player I can put in my car? Screen size?

my guess would be 7 inches, that is the biggest i have seen.

as big as you want if you are going custom. i'm assuming your asking about it without having to do any modifications. 4thgens or any gen out right now really aren't suited for double din size head units without some cutting to your dash.

whats your budget and what features are you looking for? how many amps you plan on running and for what speakers?
also do you plan on hooking any external sources up to the screen?

yes single din is the only way without modifying somehow. then your looking at 7" is the standard right now. many oem companys are jumping to 10" for indash display.

Yea 7" are the norm, but I'm trying to mold a 17" into my Z28.



And for the record yall...........................I'M BACK!!!!!!!!! and there is a good reason I've been gone, I'll post the pics up tonight.

Hey Kandied!! nice to see your still here. Oh boy, your gonna love the work Ive been doing....I'm the fiberglass king in Atlanta now!!! Anything from the dash all the way back to the trunk lock.

i have a 12" in my diesel and that's too large for the front. couldn't imagine a 17 lol.
