Smile custom crossovers?

Anyone know where I can get custom crossovers? I want some for the home towers Im building. I want it to be fairly specific if possible, not like the cookie cutter x-overs you see on like www.partsexpress.com

something like a 4way x-over even.
high pass 5k
band pass 800hz-5khz
low pass 800hz
low pass 350hz

Any suggestions?

I'd build you a set but wouldn't be able to get to it for a month or more. The best way to go would be www.madisound.com , they do LEAP design to get what you want and will even build them for you if you want. Plus they have good prices. You can also check them out for driver's they carry tons of stuff at great prices.

Out of interest, what drivers are you planning on going with?

Eh, Im still debating on the actual design. So far, the speakers I have are:
for each tower
1-vifa 1" aluminum dome tweeters
1-vifa 4.5" midbass
2-peerless 5.25" woofers (one sealed .15cuft, one ported .35cuft)

I am still debaing on the box style. Ive drawn out a few towers, one for the drivers I listed, and a couple specific to other drivers Ive been looking at. Ive also considered taking the two 5.25s out and adding a dvc 8" peerless (side firing)... Im also entertaining the idea of using a dome tweeter and a ribbon tweeter in each tower along with dual midbasses and a 250watt powered sub. Im not totally sure yet, but Ive looked at crossover designs and found schematics for 3-way and 4-way x-overs. Im almost to the point of bi-wiring each tower and running two individual 3 way crossovers in each. Not sure how it will sound... I will experiment if I have to

LOL I was hoping you were gonna be more specific so I could help you with driver selection and hopefully tell you the in's and out's of what you were choosing.

I would definately suggest you go with a larger woofer 8" atleast if you don't wanna run a sub. If you are gonna run a sub, look into the offerings at Adire Audio. They make some great car audio subs and some of them work VERY well in a home environment. Matter of fact, my parent's 5.1 setup has an Adire Shiva I built for them.

I ordered their catalog. Everyone on the net seems to recommend them. I have ordered tons of stuff from www.partsexpress.com and they are top notch in my experience.

I've ordered a few speakers from them before. Some LPG's and a set of Peerless. I would say they have excellent customer service, but aren't super well staffed. They have knowledgable folks though and that really makes up for it. They have always returned my emails and calls within 48 hours. They aren't the fastest, but they do quality packaging and from what I hear from others they do great work on crossovers.
