Converting Manual to Power Windows.
Old post but I installed this kit

and it works like OEM. They even sell a harness that allows you to connect the factory style switches so it looks totally OEM which can be found here.

There is also a lifetime warranty on kit. Can't beat that!

Manual 2 Power Windows
blown383- How long has your kit been in, how well has it held up, has it slowed down over time, and how easy was the install? I'm tired of reaching to crank the pass. window, but I like the reliability.
The kit has been in the car for more than 4 years now and they have a life time warranty on the motors. The installation was pretty easy however it was little time consuming for the 1st door. Once you get the hang of it you could probably do the 2nd door in under an hour. It just involves:
1) Supporting the glass
2) Remove the window crank
2) Removing the door panel
3) Drilling out the rivets for the stock crank window mechanism
4) Bolting in the new power window assembly
5) Running the wires through the grommet in the door for power and the switch harness
6) Tapping into a switch power supply that will handle the amount of amps that the power widows will draw.
7) Replacing the door panels
8) Reupholster the cardboard door inserts with either carpet or vinyl
9) Enjoying the simple fact that you have power windows.
As for performance they go up and down a lot faster than the OEM set up that have seen in other f-bodies. The best part about this kit is that wiring harness plugs into the factory switches so it looks totally OEM.
Hope that helps.
