component question

I am getting the cadence neo 6.5" components. Will the cadence q3000 be sufficient to power these? I am not an audiophile just want something a little better than stock.

I'm not sure about the power ratings of those items, but so long as you match up the RMS values you should be fine. You could even give the components an amp rater 30-40 watts over the rated RMS if you want. The extra power won't hurt the speakers so long as you don't clip the signal.

well the components are rated at 125 RMS and the amp is only rated at 100 RMS. Will that be alright? I would love to go with a 175 RMS amp but I dont have sufficient funds at the time.

As long as you set it up properly and not try to use the gain setting as a volume control, that amp will work fine. Just because a speaker is rated at X amount of watts doesn't mean you have to use that amount of wattage.
