I have heard that if you didn't get the changers in the F-bodies, they have a hookup in the hatch area. Where exactly is the hookup? And what kind of Changer can I get that'll work with my factory Monsoon system.

I dunno about what CD changers will work with it (other than if you find a used factory one), but the hook-up should be under the hatch panel on the driver's side (where a factory CD changer would be).
