car alarms

i need to get a car alarm for my 95 z28. i just wanted to know what everyone else had in their car and what they thought about it. my brothers 88 IROC got stolen and i dont want the same thing to happen to me. any feedback about car alarms would be appreciated, or even kill switches... would it be a good idea to put a kill switch on the fuel pump?

I got a DEI Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5 remote start system Its a 2 way system w/ carbon fiber style remote. Its a nice system, it retails for around $400-$500. Check it out at www.clifford.com or www.directed.com

I've got the Alpine SEC-100S, pretty cheap alarm with decent features, Shock sensor, ignition kill, etc. Took me 4 hours to install and has done it's job since day one. If you want to spend a little more get to SEC-150R, its the same package but with a radar sensor and a few more EXT outputs.
