can the stock 12 disc be mounted on the trunk wall?

can the stock 12 disc be mounted on the trunk wall?

The place I'm talking about is the back wall where you would find the rear taillights, the place that is usually used for amps. It looks like there would be enough room for it to fit and still retain the T-tops back there. Has anyone done this? I don't want to mount it on the other side cause that means I wuld have to cut the plastic to make it fit and move the jack.

The stock changer doesn't have an adjustable suspension. That means it has to be mounted horizontally. If you want to mount it vertically you have to get a changer from a truck that has the vertical mount suspension.
