Can I use Adaptec's Easy CD Creator to burn MP3 CD's for JVC's KD-LH2000 headunit. I've heard of people using a program called "Nero"? I know I would have to burn them as a data CD and not a music CD, just wondering if that program is compatible with that headunit

No problems here, I have the same deck. It works but easy CD creator is a awful program. If you search online you can probably download nero
