Bypass seatbelt light?

MY seatbelt light keeps blinking on and off while driving even when the seatbelt is in. Whats the easiest way to bypass this light?

On mine a 95 Z28,I just unplugged it from the connector at the seat mount.It's the one by the trans tunnel on the driver's seat.
