Bose cassette in non-bose '95 car

Will it work?

I plugged it in and it seemed to do some funny things. The radio worked with all speakers, but didn't turn off when I turned off the key (yes, I opened the door). I have the engine out of the car, so that might contribute to the problem. . .

about your wierd problems, I don't know. But as far as a bose stereo in a non bose setup, you're not going to get any sound most likely. The bose stereos speakers have individual amps on them, which yours do not. The bose stereos don't have internal amps, where your original did.

Actually, all of the speakers work fine. It's just the power issues. . .
