Blank ASR/TCS Button

Hi I have a question and I apologize in advance if it has been asked already. While installing a bracket for my XM I removed the plate around the radio/climate control and noticed a wiring harness that is reserved for the ASR/TCS button. I do not have ASR/TCS and the wiring harness just sits in a blank in that place. My question is if I purchased a switch for the ASR/TCS would I than have that option on my car?

No, the traction control cars have 4 channel ABS and non-traction control have 3 channel ABS...it'll take a lot more than just installing a switch to get traction control.
