Anyone using Infinity products??

After I started the "post install amp" thread a couple of days ago, my Apline MRVF400 just aint cutting it. It worked fine 5 years ago(its been sitting on my garage for 5 years after my 93 camaro got totaled). Its rated at 60w x4 RMS but just doesnt seem to have any power. It sounds more like a 25W x4 cheapo amp. I saw the new Infinity 7540a rated at a CEa2006 compliant rating of 111w x 4 @ 4 ohms! Yikes. Thats about the most powerful 4 channel amp ive ever seen under $300 bucks. Just wondering if anyone else has used Infinity car stuff, thanks.

I have infinity components in the doors, infinity two way 6.5's in the back, and an infinity basslink in the hatch. I think infinity makes great car audio stuff. I have no complaints at all.

I don't have anything like the amp you are talking about (too much weight in the car will slow me down), but if you want to know about the quality of thier products, they have my vote.

I have Kappa Perfects in my Doors.. and Kappa 3-way's in the back seats.
2 Alpine Type R 10's in stealth boxes..
2 MTX Mono block 800D's -- 800w per amp
1 Soundstream Tarantula @ 125w x 4 - 4ohms.
Alpine headunit.

The infinity's are the best sounding speaker EVER!
Seems like the more juice you give them. the better they sound.
