Yo!

I am in the middle of a two day install. I am putting an alpine 9853, kappa perfects 6.1, and a kenwood KAC-7202 amp.

When hooking up the deck last night I noticed my stock antenna cable did not fit into the female antenna cable on the alpine 9853. It would sorta go in and then just pop back out.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem , knows of a remedy or Do I need to buy some kind of adapter?

My car is a 96 camaro z28.

 

You need to get a mini plug to standard Motorola plug adapter. You can get one at your local car audio shop.
