Unhappy angel-eye headlights?

anyone ever try this product?

i bought the kit for the camaro from this same seller located in CA

anyway my lights seem to be having problems, i love them but they dont work as they should.
the bulb gets way hot and is starting to melt the plastic enclosure they already got so hot they cracked the lenses. and the highbeams flicker after a few moments use even when the car isnt running.

the seller is only offering an exchange not a refund.

what can i do? i think if i accidently left the lights on overnight my car would burn. however it may just be a defective light, but i doubt it. i dont think sending me new lights would fix it. i tried swapping the gih beams for the lows in the car and the high beams still flicker. i dont know if i left the gih beams on if they would heat up and crack the lenses... the only difference i can see from the gih beams to the low beams are the adapter cable to go from the 2 pin female end to the 3 prong light.

what do you guys think?

my headlights work fine with regular lights in, and the angel eyes plug in to the factory outlets
