Question Amping stock monsoon speakers?

I have a 99' SS Convertible.... It came with the Monsoon system.. I took it all out and am running a new HU, Rockford BD1000a1 for the 15" Power DVC sub, and a Rockford 200a4 for the speakers... My question is... How will the stock monsoon speakers sound when hooked up to my 200a4 amp? Are the monsoon speakers loud when hooked up to an aftermarket amp? Also, the front speakers have 4 wires, 2 for the speakers and 2 for the tweeter... Should I hook them up positive to positive and negative to negative and run them off of a channel together? Or should I run the speaker off the amp and the tweeter off my head unit? Its a 4 channel amp.... Thanks...

In a word "pointless". Get aftermarket speakers. $40 Pioneers will sound much better than the stockers. You can spend as much as you like from there. If you have a budget and want suggestions then that's easy. Give us $$$ and we'll spend it for you .
