well maybe our f-body's don't... but I've been in plenty of vehicles that get higher... my brother's f-150 towing pkg gets 15+ at all times...
but still, we get 14.0 easily... I've seen it go to 14.5 when it was under load (ie low battery.) so it's defenitely possible.
