Aftermarket Head Unit w/Factory Bose

Aftermarket Head Unit w/Factory Bose
I have an '88 IROC with the factory 6 speaker AC Delco Bose stereo...my factory cassette head unit is shot. Do I need any special adapters or anything like that to make an aftermarket head unit work with this system?
