I've got a '94 camaro, and when the keyless entry is used, the only noise it makes is the sound of the locking mechanism on the door. I was wondering if there was any way i could rewire some stuff and get it to chime or have the lights flash so i know if it it has locked or not?

 

i think its more based on the alarm system than the keyless enrty to make it blink etc. when you lock it.

 

My Expedition chirps twice when I open it with the keyless. Let me be the first to tell you that it gets annoying after a while.
