Can someone tell me the different stereo options you could get on these cars, specifically the 93-97 4th gens. Like how many speakers are in the normal setups, and premium setups, as well as who they are made by, and how many watts they are putting out.

I can tell you the basic setup has 4 speakers in a '97 firebird. I have no idea about anything else, but I'm curious to know.

 

10 speaker and 5 speaker BOSE systems were available. I think optioned firebirds got the 10 speaker w/ dual tweeters & subs in the back whereas the camaros have a driver-side sub in the trunk. I think Monsoon replaced BOSE in our cars in '97.

wow, that's interesting, I was almost positive BOSE outfitted our cars till the LS1's came in.
