I have read about Artisan Performance working on a 600HP twin-turbo camaro..
Artisan Performance has teamed up with Turbochargers.com to offer this twin-GTK350 turbocharged SA-600 based on the top dog, LS3-equpped SS model..

I've NEVER thought of a plug making ANY kind of a difference, and I've always thought the Bosch Platnum +4's were a crock of crap... I've always used AC Delco's in the Camaro and Autocraft in the Ford truck, religously. But I've also seen a lot of tests on these plugs that show a good gain in HP, less fuel consumption and lower emissions. So I thought I'd try them, seeing as it was a 2100 mile trip, I did the math and IF it netted me 4mpg or better it would save me $90 in fuel over the whole trip.
I did a larger average over 900 miles and I found 19mpg average.. one tank I saw 22mpg just on that tank.. Larger mileage dividend would be more accurate. Altitude probably came into play a bit and my speed of 65 instead of 70-75.. That 5.0 isn't known for it's excellent head design either..
Anyway, I'll throw em in the camaro eventually.

the loose bolt sound is a bolt that came off of the spoiler .It was from an incorrect torque setting on the wrench.Remove the plug on the bottom of the trunk under the spoiler ,use a magnet to fish out the bolt and re-tighten all of them.Do not over tighten or you will crease the deck lid . Wheather you do it yourself or have the dealer do it,have it done ASAP or the bolt may break off and the spoiler will be left in the wind.
FYI on the Commodore crash rating.
In Australia they only test the base model of the range, mostly because the rating agency (ANCAP) has to purchase 2 vehicles off the show room floor to test. They choose the base model as they don't have much money (well, really they choose the base model as all models above it should have more saftey features and be safer). If you want a 5 star ANCAP rating the manufacturer must supply a third vehicle for a side on "pole test", otherwise 4 stars is as good as it gets.
Simply put back in 2006 when the Commodore was release it only had front airbags as standard (side optional). It also didn't have the really annoying seat belt warnings. ANCAP take points way from vehicles for not having this. Holden didn't supply a vehicle for the "pole test" basicaly saying "FU, your tests aren't real world enough" and the Commodore got 4 stars.
The current base model Commodore has a 5 star rating as it has gained 6 airbags standard and an annoying seatbelt warning. Holden also suppled a vehicle for the "pole test". It seems the test is now 'real world enough'......

Is there any way to get ALL of podcasts? The iTunes store only has the most 25 recent. It's hard to have a podcast mega-marathon and listen to all of them when I can only get from #177 on
Just head over to http://cz28com.blogspot.com and you can get every single one.
