In regards to the footwell lighting. I discovered you could buy the replacement lamps that are used for the ambient lighting in the doors, and there are holes down below on both the driver and passenger side that these fit into.

I'm somewhat curious as to where the ambient light is supposed to plug into but I wired mine into the ambient lighting circuit, and found I was quite happy with it.

Too bad I didn't hang out at the parking lot much in Oshawa, as I would be glad to have shown you that then.

 

who doesn't enjoy looking like a fool in front of a few thousand people...
