Warning: esb311 is a bad seller

Bottom line is the dough was sent, nothing but excuses in return. It's going to be handled by the postal inspector (mail fraud), be careful in doing business with this guy, it's been nothing but trouble.

Not true. With COD you can still get scammed. I received a pair of ZR-1s that were not as described nor as pictured. I'm still dealing with that issue.
Paypal is in total control and I've seen it go both ways.

The only way to be 100% safe is to pick it up in person. Next best thing is to have a federal employee acting on your behalf..... ie: Postal Inspector. The last little troll that pulled something like this became an urban legend on the turbobuick.com

I have no problem doing it again, this is over a larger sum of money.

Just a question but exactly how do you get scammed by COD? all you have to do is refuse the delivery due to damaged product or the like and it is returned to the person you bought it from.. I have done this a few times on different types of things.

How are you supposed to know its damaged unless you open it. And you cant open it until you hand over the $$. COD only insures you get a package, thats it. I've been burned by paypal twice already. The one time I did some investigating of my own, while on vacation one day I realized I'm only 20 miles away from him. Stopped by, the kid nearly schit in his pants and I had my $$ back within 20 minutes.
