I agree. I was looking to buy two rear wheels for my Z28. Rick's Camaros' (an Eckler Corp.) website said that they were in stock. I placed the order, they charged my card, but I only got one wheel. Five calls later I am referred to some call center in Chicago. I had to drive around for another six weeks with my old mismatched rear wheel before it came. When it finally came, and I complained on their feedback, they acted like, "...you got the 2nd wheel didn't you!" Had I known it was out of stock I would have ordered from someone else. Total jerks.

 

Ecklers doesn't have a call center or any center in Chicago
