has any of you shopped at FBodyMotorsports?

I ordered from them two tail lights for my TA and its been over 2 months and no tail lights. every time i call them they always say "the computers are down" If you guys plan to buy something from there i suggest you use caution.

I have heard bad things about their customer service in the past along with their very high prices.

yeah i found out too late, so you say i can find some tail lights for a cheaper price? if so what website please, and about Fbody i already made a case at the BBB after June 1st im going to call my Credit card Company and place a charge back.

Honestly, I would maybe check out the Parts for Sale forum on here or Ebay. You can find a good conditioned set for around 50 bucks.

an update guys! i got all my money back!!! my credit card company got involved and they got my money back within two weeks!!! after that those idiots had the nerve to call me this morning and left a nasty message on my cell, all in all you guys stay away from those idiots!!!

Maybe make a phone call to the BBB as well. Glad you recovered your funds, that is why I use a credit card for every online purchase now and that is the only source of funds I use on my Paypal account as well. The days of using my debit card and sending money orders is over after the handful of bad transactions I have had over the past couple years.

I've heard a lot of bad things about those guys too. It's a shame too, they're kinda local to me.

guess what guys the tail lights came in? i guess they forgot that i cancelled the order! so i did the right thing and called them back because my CC comapny got the money back on the 8th and that shipping papper said it went out on the 9th, however they picked up the phone and hanged it up and when i tried again they didnt answer. so hopefully ill call them tommorow. but still i wouldnt recomend

Props for doing the right thing. You never know, if they catch the error they might try to rebill you anyhow or even try to send collections your way.

well guys i called agian today 3 times and none of those they answered, when i called around 1pm my time they just picked up and hung back up.

Wow, amazing customer service they got there. Yet, I'm sure if they found that they sent you a pair of tailights and they didn't get their money, they wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone in a heartbeat and make a call to you.
