Behold the "Man Action Mobile Globecruiser"

...I think this goes down in my book as the manliest vehicle EVAR. At least, the name makes me

42,000lbs, 31 feet and has a full porcelain toilet to facilitate mobile man bombs.

Add a couple of gunports in the sides, and maybe a .50 in a roof-mount turret, and it would be perfect. I'm guessing mileage is in the NFG catagory, though

I don't know who builds the body, but that looks like a Paccar chassis via DAF. It's a DAF cab and a DAF/Paccar 12.9L engine- I'd bet 2050-2150tq on that thing.. If my guess is right. We build some neat stuff over here with that combo... Hmmm...

That's right, I remember you moved to Seattle not too long ago, right?

I know Paccar has various facilities around the area...I used to live very close to their financial services/corp office in Bellevue. And now I work somewhat close to the manufacturing facility in Renton.

So it's got more Displacement in one cylinder, than a Honda does in all ?

Yeah, thats a *very* similar setup to one we use on one of our projects with a DAF cab over a global Paccar chassis with our 12.9L... In fact the wheelbase is within 12". The MAN globecruiser has nearly the same engine ratings, chassis size, cab layout... Neat!

And I know ours is seriously awesome. Though ours has an option for twin steer front axles. The only problem is it isnt sold for RV use.

And yeah, I've been in Seattle since Labor Day. Living on Capital Hill and crossing the 520 every morning is a nightmare. :sob:

For some reason it reminds me of Rick Dobbertin's Surface Orbiter.
