True, but all I hear is that "there are only so many $$ and engineers to go around".....

Will you guys hate it for the same reasons you hate the Ford GT, since this car isn't as fast for the money as the Z06?
I predict that a certain GT-hater amongst us will whip out a ruler, measure the XLRV's interior panel gaps, and proclaim that it's well worth the money.

Assuming I'm the target of the above comment...

First, cheeseball, it's called a SCALE and not a RULER. A "RULER" is what you used in kindergarten to draw straight lines, a "SCALE" is what an engineer uses to determine the length of something.

See, your girlfriend used a scale to compare you to other men and complete her large sample study of the same. In your case, I would hope that the divisions on said scale are EXCEEDINGLY FINE... and might even suggest a micrometer as the tool of choice in the future due to the finer precision. She then used a "RULER" to draw a straight line on a map to the place she was going when she left you.

Its a narrow point, but an important one to a professional... who, by the way, would never use a "RULER" or "STRAIGHTEDGE" to draw a straight line in the first place... that's what "TRIANGLES" are for...

Second, I personally wouldn't buy either of them when there's a $70,000 Corvette out there that eats 'em for lunch.

While the XLRV has reasons to exist other than being a supercar, the GT does not. Whether or not those reasons are valid, I'll leave to you since I'm not buying either of them.

Now if you're going to hijack a thread, THIS is how you do it.

I'll definately be paying attention now!

Wow... you felt so targeted by Eric's comment which wasn't even expressedly directed toward you that you decided to flame him over the size of his package which you've never seen and evne if you had, has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of conversation?
Talk about a transparently childish defense mechanism.

Musta touched a nerve... don't worry Threxx, nice girls will never tell you that you're inadequate... they'll just suffer in silence to protect your ego... depending on your yearly income.

I'm an equal-opportunity flame-artiste.

You're not going to bait me.

And FWIW I have nothing to worry about in that department. Not that I would think you should care, but it seems you do.

My patience is wearing thin. You need to reel it in...you know better. It is not fair to those who are contributing to this forum when others come in a crap on the thread, ruining it like this one. Don't use this site for banter like that or access to this forum will be limited.
