What will happen to the 6.3L Gen IV now that the LS7 is 7.0L

Is this engine 6.2, 6.3, or 6.4? I think the 6.3's cubic inch numbers would match up better and could work better for marketing.

The 6.3 and 6.4 are the same. Depending on how you round up.

actually depends on how you just round
by saying "round up" there would be no other choice than 6.4

The 6.3L/6.4L are the same engine like Z284ever said. I'm guessing 6.3L is the official number since that is what the Woodward GTO had.

The 6.2L from the Colorado is a different engine.

The 455 used in second gen T/As was a Pontiac engine, not a small block Chevy. Pontiac engines are not generally considered to be divided by "big" and "small" blocks, as they share the same external dimensions and only vary by bore and stroke.

Yup. All the valves are inline with each other regardles off displacement.

Which is why a splayed-valve Rat will hand a 455 Pontiac it's ***.
