What happens to you guys deposits?
If they go under.....and you don't get your car....what happens to your orders and deposits?
What if they just go bankrupt.....
Since the dealer is keeping there end of the deal up....its not the fualt of the dealer...so you lose it? I bet you will.

You likely would loose your deposit if the dealer goes under but I suspect that the dealer would have to refund if the manufacturer failed to deliver (it would likely depend on each State's laws regarding deposits...most sates have specific laws about such things).
However, given the current market conditions; why would you need to give a dealer a deposit on anything beyond perhaps some token amount?
