Anyone seen this? It doesn't make cadillac look too good. Unfortunately, this may have made some people that watched this not want to buy a Cadillac.

Unfortunately? All Caddy had to do was do the right thing and replace his car as a lemon, which, if it had already been to the dealer for that many problems including the one he was having in that video, it SHOULD be replaced by any upstanding car company - especially a luxury marque like Caddy.
I personally love the power of the internet - it's allowing consumers to really communicate and bond together to force large companies to do the right thing or face bad publicity.
Speaking of that, whatever happened to that guy who had the dealership wreck his brand new corvette and then refuse to replace it? They said they'd replace it... but did they?

While I agree with what you said, I still say it is unfortunate that it makes Cadillacs look bad. Many who don't know any better will think every other Cadillac will be like this because they saw this video, and on top of that, of course, Cadillac's handling of the situation.
This is a pro-GM site and we want GM to do better, of course I am going to say it is unfortunate. While this being public may make Cadillac get better at it, the perception is not as easily turned around.
Don't know about that Vette, it rings a bell....was this a cz28 member this happened to? I think I recall a thread.
EDIT:
Here's an update from the video poster:

Just got back from meeting with the District Service Manager. Told them fir st that I wanted the car bought back, said he wouldn't do it since they ha d a final repair attempt (which is true). Went around and around, took my car for a spin so they could hear the exhaust leak.
Here's what he finally offered. They would credit me back 1 month payment and if I have a ny more engine or differential problems in the next 2 years they'll lemon law the car per Georgia guidelines or put me in a new one.
I'm goin g to shoot a video about this next week once my car is fixed. Honestly I t hink this is fair. I did have to twist their arm a bit but Cadillac is sta nding behind the car and I still do enjoy the car and it looks like they'v e found the problem, a wire to the throttle body that was responsible for the engine related problems.

My camaro did that, albeit with ~100k miles and many bolt-ons + cam. . .
Engine stuttered the SAME EXACT WAY, and even bounced back and forth trying to run in the SAME EXACT WAY.
Put it on a scanner, took a look under the car, and the front O2 sensor wire had touched the header, burned off the rubber, and was being shorted out.
Put a zip tie on the wire, cleaned it up, and ran perfect.
I'm not saying that's the problem, but I wouldn't doubt that the problem is something simple as a shorted wire.
I also DO think it should be lemoned if Cadillac couldn't see the problem and if the car is 100% stock.
MIke

I wonder if these other two companies will do the right thing?

Honda Insight hybrid MSRP: $26,000. The total cost of; warranty, repair, recalls, and diagnosis as of Nov. 7, 2005 is approx. $14,119.94, which is 54.3% of the MSRP, Out of pocket expense Aprox. $5000, with additional repair's needed to replace the Hybrid battery pack and corresponding mcm/bcm estimated at over $5000.
Complete Hybrid Battery Pack Failure
Random complete loss of the Integrated Motor Assist engine (Battery power) which I believe has put my life at risk.
Honda's consistent inability to properly diagnose my Honda hybrid's problems without a "Check Engine Light", this has lead to even MORE damage.
I am now on my third catalytic converter within 155,000km. Because of the complexity of this Honda hybrid there isn't any other options then to purchase the parts through Honda, at approximately $2000 how can Honda allow the need for replacement every 60,000km?
Long waiting periods for almost every part I have ever needed for my Honda hybrid, which in turn has caused weeks, if not months of vehicle downtime and approx. 367 days of open work orders/un-resolved problems.
At 150,000km I have a lifetime MPG of only 42.3 MPG, a large contrast from Honda's initially advertised 68 MPG.
Strange, electric noises randomly coming from the IMA Battery Compartment
Water damaged $300+ speakers, carpet rot and interior rust probably due to a chronic drivers side window leak that they cant seem to permanently fix
Transmission failure
ABS Brake system failure
A/C failure

As the owner of a 2005 Prius, I have been dismayed by the treatment I have received from Toyota in addressing stalling issues, though.
My Pruis began acting up when news of a dozen or so other allegations surfaced, and I was able to recover my vehicle from the stall.
I grew a little irritated, however, when they refused to include my vehicle in the nationwide recall, citing my local dealership's assertion that nothing was wrong with my vehicle (this determination from mechanics who either find tire pressure and oil changes challenging).

I found his choice of wording in describing how is engine was running amusing: "The CTS-V has 400 horsepower, but it feels like it has two blind, retarded mules trying to hump each other." It looks like they finally attempted to get the situation resolved though, but they could have done a much better job in the customer service department.
