Actually, the more likely scenario is that any new El Camino would be built in OZ with at least one other Zeta and imported here. I don't think even GM knows which to build where yet.
Most likely senario is above. I can see the GTO which will debut before Camaro being built in OZ. Also lets remember a few things Holden gets Zeta 1st. There cars will debut 1st with the GTO and then Camaro after that. Also there will be a Buick in the mix but I don't know if it will be before or after GTO or Camaro.

Guion do you have any insight into this production order, we know you watch where the plant contracts are concerned very closely?

I spotted a red Holden Ute sitting in plain view from the road at the Tech Center yesterday....
Holden's plant expansion should be done later this year meaning they will have vastly more capacity.

Assuming that the US & Australia enter into an agreement that get's rid of the 25% truck tarriff, and given the story that this tarriff was the only reason why the UTE hasn't been imported as an El Camino yet, and the feeling I have that after initial introduction, there probally isn't the volume to support El Camino production here in the US, I'd say the Ute as the El Camino is a given.

But, Holden will be producing more than the Ute for us... for sure.
