Very sweet and really upscale looking . You can easily see , save for a few areas , how that coulda passed for a new 5 series ....if BMW didnt adopt all their wierd tacky new shapes .

Looks way to bland to be a Holden.

I like it alot. The front end was kinda what I was expecting but the overall shape looks good. The rear reminds me of a passat. still not bad at all.

Still bland, but perhaps that's the taste there. Now it looks modern though - meaning it's a better base for American cars. I would love to see Pontiac take some of the money it usually spends rebadging Equinox's and reskinning Malibu Maxx's and devote it to bringing this car to the states with a more agressive look.

Don't think of this as the perfect picture of it. I suspect it will look better.

Sell it as a Pontiac? These things have Chevy badges in the middle east, so why not Chevrolet?

Re: VE Commodore Sketches (From Motor Magazine)

Speaking of attractive Holdens, does anyone think that the Monaro is better looking than the Pontiac GTO (besides me, that is)?

If I were King of GM, I think I'd have saved the money from the front end restyling and just brought it over as is.

If I didn't know what it was before I looked at it, would have thought it was a refreshed Saturn Ion.

Sure, that would work. As long as it had a manual .
