Prepare for diesel prices to go up.

I'm still waiting for Dodge, ford or GM to release how much the diesel option will go up.

I've also read it will take quite a while for the old diesel to be flushed out of the tanks and pipe lines.

I have noticed at the pumps that they already had labels on the pumps (at least here in BG, KY) stating that they already were using the low sulfur.. Because it said to comply with 2008 regulations. At least that was my impression by reading the label.

Most if not all of the labels out there now that I've seen indicate "low" sulfur 500ppm diesel. As the stations are converted, the stickers should be replaced with "ultra" low sulfur 15ppm. I'm guessing these lead time until the first of the year will allow enough buffer to when the ultra low sulfur diesels hit the market at the first of the year.

Ive noticed the ULDS stickers at my local pumps for several months already too. Pretty sure the price has actually gone down lately, not up.
