I know they already sell electric vehicles in european markets, so the idea that they can be selling one here in 2 years seems reasonable.
The only thing that really strikes me as odd while reading about this car is that the A/C, radio and nav unit are supposedly powered off the solar panel on the roof. How can that small of a solar panel power an AC unit?
Maybe a really poor working AC unit...although if it does work reasonable well, the idea of leaving your AC on while you're parked (powered off the solar panel) is pretty awesome. EVen if the AC worked more poorly than the average AC in a car of that size, if you could leave it on while parked at the mall and keep the interior of the car from getting to > 100* that would be a pretty big deal.

Front clip looks like a Focus rip off...
Not too shabby...
Still too expensive...
Due out in 2010/2011, the Ox is about the size of a Toyota Prius. It can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 8.5 seconds, travel between 125 and 155 miles on a single charge, and its lithium-ion batteries can be charged to 80% capacity in less than an hour.
Not only does Think have the backing of the above venture powerhouses, its first vehicle, the City, is already being sold in Europe for around US $25,000. Think is on track to sell about 10,000 of them there this year.
