The term "LSx" has reached print publications...

And I'm pretty darned sure I invented it on this very board.

I'd like my 15 minutes of fame now.

BTW... According to GMHTP:

GMPP is coming out with a taller deck iron LSx variant, capable of increasing displacement to 480 cubic inches and sustaining 2000hp...

A twin turbo 450ish cubic inch LSx would be an unstoppable force in a roll from 60mph or so.

Cylinder heads are still an issue...

They need another bolt...

A Rat-style valvetrain would be WAAAY cool too, but both of the above are pipe dreams...

Hey, stop crying.

I'm pretty sure I invented the term "black suburbans" on this board. No one gives me the time of day.

FWIW, Chris and Jason used to delete older posts periodically, so the search results are not necessarily conclusive.

Awwww... I was just messin' with him. I figured something was up when all my searches only went back to about mid/late 2002 for oldest threads.

Isn't someone making LSx blocks & heads with a fifth bolt up at the 12 o'clock position? It wouldn't be ideally spaced, of course ...

If using the board search function to search for a keyword was all it took to be an investigator, I'd be the next sherlock holmes. Just ask the lounge.

You should sue for royalties

First it was the Tornado-

First it was used on a Chinese Fighter-

Most recently it was a wrestling move-
