Mark me down for 0.

For that money I'd have a Vette and never even consider the SSR.

Zero for me.

They really screwed the pooch when they made the porker 4600 lbs.

What'cha wanna bet there's gonna be DEEP discounts once the first seventeen idiots buy theirs for $60,000?

Well Chevrolet just priced me out.

For $42,000 I'd rather buy a used Vette.... or better still a used convertible Camaro and a Pickup... then I'll have two for the price of one, and a pickup that can actually haul something.

you can buy a NEW 2003 Vette for the same price!!! also the price is for the underpowered A4 290HP 5.3L SSR, how much is the GMPD version going to cost?? this truck should at least have a 6.0L or LS1 standard

GM made a poor decision in assigning this vehicle to the niche run Craft Centre. Production will max out at only 12-14,000 units annually, believe this is the cause of the high price. If they could sell 100,000 avalanche's, if priced right the ssr could sell as many. The worst part will be the customer who doesnt know the vehicle will have very limited production and walks into a chevy dealer only to find a huge dealer markup. Vehicles like this should be built to create excitement about a brand, making them practically unavailable wont increase sales.

I dont anticipate many people who want to throw down $40k+ for a Chevy whose sole purpose is to cruise. GM dropped the ball a few times on this one.

Waaaaaayyyyyyyy over-priced.

SSR will be lucky to last as long as Prowler did.

Woohoo - It's the Chevy Blackwood!

[Those things had $10,000 rebates on them to clear them out after they were dropped. Oops.]
