Solstice? I think so Pics on I-96

These were taken by my co-worker on a camera phone.

They were taken this morning on I-96 near US-23 near Milford, MI, home of the General Motors Proving Grounds.

As a side note, I love living near the proving grounds. In the last week, I have seen umteen SSR's and XLR's. I keep seeing a pre-production Malibu. I saw some idiot kids running around in a Holden SS ElCamino style thing. I also saw a red Monaro.

That's what I thought also. Kind of makes you wonder.

I really drilled my co-worker about it. making sure that's what he really thought it was. HE was pretty sure. He compared it to concept pics and he was very sure that's what that is.

That's my car. 99 Hugger Orange. I am a Dukes Junkie. So for fun, I had some static cling decals made of the 01. I call my car General Z. LOL. I even have a custom license plate. And I am proud to say, that yes, I do have the General Lee horn.

It's all just for fun. I haven't done the 01 numbers in awhile though.

Good find. Hopefully it's further along than they are making public.

Cool

Great catch!

The clamshell hood & the moldings behind the seats are nice touches.

If this thing comes in a coupe, costs under $25K with the supercharger, and is at least as quick as my LT1, it's going to be pretty tough to resist.
