Just thinking there streamling opperations and for what I can gather whatever they can take from Zeta and work it into the surviving new line they going to get a more refined product and choice of platform? with that can and will a two year paper to showroom finally be done like the Solstice should of been. I think that is going to be the only thing that gets GM a big boost right now...maybee there is a silver lineing to this dark cloud and GM saw it took its losses and is going with the lighter ship but still with the gold peices?

Is it possible to still see a 08 Camaro come out in 07 if it had the 2 yr window now that the platforms have been brought down by one more...

Is april 1st the start of new ideas from GM, they knowing this was going to happen, told the people to get ready for some PR people to do some fireworks and tell them to give some good hints on whats on its way and were going to need it so on April 1st were going to fool everyone , in a good way ???

The problem is they need to streamline the bean counters and the non car guys that are there. And I might stress the non car guys with **** poor business sense.

As somone has said before there is somone in charge but nobody in charge. GM needs a direct and streamlined hiearchary to help push products thru R&D quicker and more efficiently.

Let the Engineers and Designers go to work and quit having the guys with only desires of limiting everything to THEIR budget from blocking the process of putting out good vehicles.
