I wonder why they didn't use the 2003 Cavlier tailight bar thing? (Other than the fact that it looks bad, but you know, you'd think they'd push the new look...)

That's a 2002 model...

...the Cavalier shown is a 2002 model and not the new re-styled 2003 model.......funny that they would use the old look

No... it has the 03 front end... just the old taillight treatment... see my above response... I was wondering the same thing, though.

Yeah, I don't get it either... almost like saying they botched up the rear end treatment on the 03 Cavalier...

The front end on the 03 Cav doesn't bother me much, but I really don't like the taillight styling, looks tacky.

Either way, the J-Body is long over due for it's new platform.

Lordstown Assembly got approved for the J-Car replacement a few months ago (our local plant...) and I believe it is supposed to start production for MY2005 on Delta.
