I have a feeling this will not win back anyone who thought Dodge was already abusing their heritage.
I apologize if this has already been posted.

The all-new 2005 Dodge Ram Daytona draws inspiration from the winged 1969 Dodge Charger race car. Shown in Go ManGo!, the limited-edition Dodge Ram Daytona with legendary HEMI(R) power is instantly recognizable with its massive 11-inch rear spoiler and flat-black graphics.

Re: A second Dodge Daytona coming...
I have to give Dodge credit. They are really going all out in making limited & special edition performance trucks.
I'm typically not a fan of trucks & SUVs, but I sat in a Ram Rumble Bee at the San Fran auto show, and it was tough not to fall for that thing.
Not only did it have the Hemi & the "rumble" exhaust. it had shock value (bright yellow) & alot of cool addons. It was also well equipted and still had a sticker price of under $25,000.
Then there was that Chevy Silverado SS and it's $40,000 sticker.

I know that styling is subjective. But let's face it: Ugly is universal.

C'mon Guy!
Are you really going to compare a standard cab toy truck to an extended cab AWD truck with twice the utility? I just can't make that comparison. By the way...the "Rumble Bee" at the local Dodge dealership here was stickered at $32k. I guess if the tacky paint scheme and show factor is your thing, it works.

The tall wing encompassed by a stripe with "Daytona" negatived out looks to be right off the original classic to me.

And thats why the name abuse is happening.
